She differentiated very well for the different level of experience of the participants. She organized a variety of activities. She encouraged participants to share good practice and present ideas to the rest of the group, and the positive atmosphere meant people were happy to do that. She kept the pace good to make sure we had time to discuss, but also to make sure everything was covered. Her knowledge of the course was extremely good.
